We will miss you Senator “Jun” Tobias Enverga. The 61-year-old Filipino-Canadian Senator achieved many firsts during his lifetime; he was the first Filipino-Canadian ever appointed to the Senate and the first Filipino-Canadian elected in the City of Toronto. The first Filipino-Canadian Senator who supported the “Philippine Artists Group of Canada (PAG)” and all other Filipino-Canadian organizations. He was the voice of Filipinos in Canada.
